We had already talked about it in a post on facebook that once again this year, the extra virgin olive oil of Marino and Giambrone "Magihouse"(link a facebook) and (website) it was even awarded in Paris as the best olive oil in the world, and it is not the first time.

The VI edition of Olio Nuovo Days was recently held in Paris, organized by an international team led by Emmanuelle Dechelette and Eric Briffard of the Le Cordon Bleu Academy, an international competition that rewards the best extra virgin olive oils in the world. MAGIHOUSE Valle dell’Inferno di Cammarata was recognized WORLD’S BEST OLIVE OILS FOR 2021 and also obtained the PACKAGING JURY’s FAVORITE and SHAWATI ’MAGAZINE’S FAVORITE awards. This latest recognition came from Abu Dhabi (United Arab Emirates) and was awarded by the official and independent bilingual quarterly magazine of culture and art.

These are prestigious awards that confirm the exceptional quality of Sicilian oil two years later. In fact, in 2019 the Valle dell’Inferno oil was awarded as "MeilleureHuile d’Olive".

Valle dell’Inferno is produced in a small valley of Cammarata characterized by strong temperature variations that affect the chemical, sensorial and kinesthetic properties. The plants, during the summer period, are subjected to a great deal of stress producing a fairly fruity oil with high levels of bitterness and spiciness; all sensory parameters that also denote high quality connected to the environmental context and to the indigenous varietal heritage.

The fruit of the earth and of tradition - to achieve these goals - is integrated with the wisdom and science that are put in place by the spouses Marino & Giambrone without neglecting even the smallest details.

During 2020, the now multi-award-winning Valle dell’Inferno oil was also winner of two gold medals at the "New York International Olive Oil" and at the "EVO International Olive Oil Contest of Paestum".

Thanks to the strong marketing action by the company, this oil - of limited production - is among the most expensive extra virgin olive oils in Italy and Europe, currently having a price of € 100 per liter. A placement that does justice to a product of excellence capable of embellishing the most refined menus and dishes but also of constituting a valid nutrient, capable of ensuring extraordinary health benefits.
