The Company Soc. Coop. Agricola Carcaci is an established family-run business, which for years has dedicated passion and innovation to the cultivation of natural flavourings. This company is located within the Monti Sicani Park, a region of extraordinary beauty in the heart of Sicily.

From the base of the peaks that rise up to 900 meters, the company began producing organic sage, oregano and rosemary in 2011. The high quality of the soil and the favorable climate allowed the implementation of a high-quality saffron plant in 2015, which produced a first harvest of a few grams of pistils.

Sage, rosemary and oregano are grown with respect for the environment on an area of 3.5 hectares. These products are available both in 25 gram bundles and ground in packs of 20, 30, 50, 200, 250 grams and 1 kg, ideal for the Ho.re.ca sector. The Coop. Society Agricola Carcaci thus represents an example of success in the field of organic and sustainable agriculture.
