in his usual "blind test" he inserts the ranking of the best Yogurt in Italy, and here we are with our Fattoria Giambrone ranked second. Are we or are we not a "mountain of excellence" ?. Here's what they wrote ...

The price ratio . It is the southernmost yogurt of the red shrimp blind test, coming from the heart of Sicily. Marco Giambrone produces it only with milk from his own breeding in the Sicani Mountains, from Italian brown cows in free housing and fed according to the time of year to pasture, hay and silage on the farm land. A simple but rich and complex product, reminiscent of homemade yogurt. The dense and compact ivory-colored structure is a bit lumpy and tends to separate from the liquid part. The excellent milk and the craftsmanship give intense and persistent sensations: typical, freshness, cleanliness, the right fatness, a harmonious embrace of lively acidity and warm sweetness, vegetal notes and .. that enrich the classic latri aromatic profile. slightly astringent, but not unpleasant.
